Scroll To See My Life!

Fall is COMING

So my bestie Ema took me to a surprise activity for my birthday. It happened a month later because we're so busy but it's ok. We made our own candles from scratch. We got to choose the scent, what color the vessel was, and all kinds of decorations to put on top. It was so cool. I regretted the scent I chose for a second (cucumber melon) but then when it became less strong, I ended up really liking it. We also found out that when you light the candle, the melted wax is safe for skin care so it becomes a lotion. That is so cool! After that, we went to get food at this fancy American restaurant. Ema got a huge glob of cheese on her French onion soup. She said it was really good.

Living Lavish in Lithuania

The first week in Lithuania, we spent with my mom's side of the family. They have a couple of houses on an acre of land in the countryside. It's honestly my favorite place in the world. It's always so calm there and you're surrounded by nature. It just makes me feel like everything is going to be okay. I could live here for the rest of my life and be happy. They live at the top of a hill and have a garden plus a bee farm at the base of it. On top of that, they're surrounded by lakes, fields and forests. What more could you ask for.

Cruise Through Europe

HEYO. First I wanna say that I probably walked 30,000 steps every day while we were on the cruise. I didn't realized how hard that would be while I'm pregnant. When we got there, we went to go see the colosseum. It is so huge. I can't even imagine the manpower it took to build it. We didn't get to go inside because the line was so long and it was so hot. OMG I can't complain enough about the heat. 95 degrees every day and humid. My mini fan was a lifesaver and I don't know what I would have done without it. There wasn't a single cloud in the sky every single day we were there. We also went to the Trevi Fountain. It was pretty cool. Apparently during the day you had to pay to take a picture in front of it but since we went at night it was free.

Life Updates

Heyyy, I've been a very busy girl. My mom and I went to a rotary sushi place and ate like 8 rolls each and felt full after. That's not a surprise though. That place never lets me down. The sushi is always bomb.

Loving Life

Hiiiiii. It has been quite a while since my last post and honestly I haven't been doing much. It feels like life has mostly been work and school lately. That's okay though, I know it's not forever. I redecorated the house for easer and I'm loving the accents of yellow and blue. It feels so spring in here even though it's still pretty cold outside. Easter is this Sunday and I'm volunteering at church. So I won't get to be a part of the service but I'm glad I still get to be there.

More Outings

I'm not gonna lie, I did not have high expectations for this rave. I love the music this DJ releases, but I had no idea what the crowd was going to be like or how good the energy was going to be. I was also going with Gus and given that he doesn't like EDM, I wasn't expecting to enjoy it that much. BUT, it was so good. 10/10 would definitely recommend. He's an amazing artist and his music was so good. There were actually way more people than I expected too and everyone was dancing and having a good time. Instead of getting sprouted, I also got JESUSED. It was so cute. I honestly could feel God's presence so strongly there. I never thought that I would have an opportunity to go to a rave and solely just worship God. That was pretty cool. Me and Gus had a really good time and then we got tacos after so it was a perfect way to end the night.

Settling Into The New Year

The two Ema's went to the Ēma restaurant. It was mediterranean style and VERY yummy. We each got a little drink and shared some corn hummus. I would have been totally okay if that's all that I ate from there. My main course was lamb and rice which was still good, but I think the appetizers here are on a different level.

The Holidays and More

I honestly don't have many pictures from Christmas because we took most of them on my sister's camera only to find out that there wasn't a memory card in there >:(. Buttttt that's fine or whatever. I had a really nice holiday. I was supposed to work Christmas Eve but I ended up being called off which was really nice. We went to church and spent the night at Gus's parents house and then on Christmas morning, we went to my mom's and dad's to open presents. I had a really good time and it honestly felt like the first time I haven't been stressed over the holidays in a while.

Omg I've Been Having So Much Fun

Guysssss it's almost Christmas. I've been having so much fun recently. Work is going so good and they decorated the unit with all kinds of Christmas decorations. They gave Jesus a birthday sash and I thought that was so cute. Everyone on the unit knows how much I love Jesus now which is good because I like to spread His love and that makes it easier.

What I've Been Up To

Heyyy. It's been a little bit. I've definitely been busy. You would think that working and not going to school would give you more time to relax. Nope! It just gave me more time to run errands and do chores. I feel like there are always plans that are made without me even having to try. Church events coming up, birthdays for 3 different people in the last two months and now the holidays are here! That's okay though. I like having a busy life. It makes it fun.
